Overview
We want you to love your Prada eyewear. If something isn’t right, eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Returns are simple and, for US orders, include a prepaid return label.
- Try‑at‑home friendly: handle with care and keep all protective films and tags intact.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method.
- Need a different size or color? Exchange requests are prioritized for fast re‑shipments.
Return window & eligibility
- Return window: 30 calendar days from the delivery date shown by the carrier.
- Condition: New, unworn, and undamaged frames with no scratches to lenses or frames.
- Packaging: Include the original Prada case, cleaning cloth, paperwork, and branded packaging.
- Tags & films: Must be attached/intact (where applicable).
- Proof of purchase: Order number or receipt from prada-eye-glasses.com is required.
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and reason (refund or exchange).
- Receive your Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions. US customers get a prepaid label.
- Pack the item securely in the original case/box. Include all accessories and paperwork.
- Ship within 7 days of receiving the RMA. Keep the receipt or tracking for your records.
- We’ll inspect your return within 2–3 business days of arrival and email an update.
Return address: provided by email after RMA is issued (varies by item and fulfillment center).
Exchanges
Want a different color or size? We offer fast exchanges:
- Reserve your replacement: we can place a hold for 48 hours while your return is in transit.
- Instant exchange option: place a new order now; we’ll refund the original once received and inspected.
- If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.
Refund timing & method
- Inspection time: 2–3 business days after the return is delivered to our center.
- Bank processing: 3–7 business days for the refund to appear (varies by bank/card).
- Method: Refunded to the original payment method; we cannot refund to a different card.
- Taxes: Refunded in accordance with your local tax rules on the original purchase.
Shipping costs & labels
- US returns: prepaid label is provided for eligible returns within 30 days.
- Upgraded outbound shipping (e.g., 2‑Day or Overnight), if purchased, is non‑refundable.
- International returns: customers are responsible for return shipping and any duties or taxes (see below).
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a complimentary replacement or refund.
- Send photos of the outer box, case, and item (including the issue) to [email protected].
- We will issue a prepaid label and prioritize your replacement once the claim is verified.
Prescription lenses & customized items
- Frames with prescription or custom lenses: the frame portion is returnable if unused; lens service fees are non‑refundable.
- Reading lenses or blue‑light filters installed by request are considered custom services.
- If there is an error in lens fabrication attributable to us, we will remake or refund the lens fees.
International orders
- Return window: 30 days from delivery.
- Return shipping: customer‑paid; please use a tracked service and include your RMA inside the parcel.
- Duties/taxes: these are set by your country and are not refundable by us. You may consult your customs office regarding possible recovery.
- Currency differences: refunds are processed in the original payment currency; minor variances may occur due to FX and bank fees.
Non‑returnable items
- Used or worn frames, or items returned without original case/packaging.
- Frames or lenses with scratches, wear, or alterations.
- Final‑sale items (clearly marked at checkout).
- Gift cards.
Warranty & quality
All products are authentic and sourced from authorized channels. Manufacturer defect coverage follows the brand’s warranty terms; we will assist with claims initiated within 12 months of purchase. Normal wear, accidental damage, and misuse are not covered.
Holiday & gifting
Purchases made between November 15 and December 31 qualify for extended returns until January 31 of the following year, provided items remain unused and in original condition.
