We want you to love your Prada eyewear. If something isn’t right, eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Returns are simple and, for US orders, include a prepaid return label.

Return window & eligibility

How to start a return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason (refund or exchange).
  2. Receive your Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions. US customers get a prepaid label.
  3. Pack the item securely in the original case/box. Include all accessories and paperwork.
  4. Ship within 7 days of receiving the RMA. Keep the receipt or tracking for your records.
  5. We’ll inspect your return within 2–3 business days of arrival and email an update.

Warranty & quality

All products are authentic and sourced from authorized channels. Manufacturer defect coverage follows the brand’s warranty terms; we will assist with claims initiated within 12 months of purchase. Normal wear, accidental damage, and misuse are not covered.

Holiday & gifting

Purchases made between November 15 and December 31 qualify for extended returns until January 31 of the following year, provided items remain unused and in original condition.
