Addresses & Restrictions

  • PO Boxes: Available via USPS for Standard shipping only. Expedited services require a street address.
  • APO/FPO/DPO: Supported with USPS. Please allow 7–15 business days; delivery may vary by unit.
  • Signature on delivery: Required for orders over $500 and optional for others. You may waive signature at checkout (risk of loss transfers on carrier scan).
  • Address changes/cancellations: We can modify orders that have not yet entered fulfillment. Contact support promptly with your order number.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking links are emailed as soon as your order ships and update within 24 hours.
  • Missed delivery? Carriers typically attempt redelivery or hold at a nearby facility for pickup.
  • Marked “delivered” but not received: Verify the address, check with neighbors and building staff, then contact us within 5 business days for assistance.
  • Damaged in transit: Keep all packaging and photos; reach out to us to start a claim and prompt resolution.

International Shipping & Duties

  • We ship to most countries worldwide with tracked delivery.
  • Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout where available (DDP). Otherwise, they may be due on delivery per local regulations (DDU).
  • Customs processing can extend delivery timeframes beyond the estimates shown.
  • If a package is refused due to duties/taxes, original shipping and return fees may be deducted from any refund.

Split Shipments, Backorders & Pre‑orders

  • Split shipments: To get items to you sooner, we may ship available items first at no extra cost.
  • Backorders: We’ll email an estimated restock date; you may wait, exchange, or cancel at any time before shipment.
  • Pre‑orders: Charged at checkout; ship by the stated release window. We’ll keep you updated if dates change.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Free 30‑day returns on eligible items in original condition. Start a return via our Returns page or contact support.
  • Original shipping fees are refundable only if the item is defective or we made an error.
  • Prescription/custom lens fees may be non‑refundable once lenses are cut; we will advise during the return process.
  • Exchanges ship out once your return is scanned by the carrier.
